Sarah Amin

Sarah Amin has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Sarah began as an Instructor and Science Communicator at Nutty Scientists - Egypt, followed by a Graphic Designer role at Ouka Printstore in 2018. Sarah also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer during this time. In 2019, they were a Graduation Project at World Design Studio, a UTW Round 11 Intern- Team Leader at Engineering Consultants Group S.A., and a UI/UX Designer at Vorx. In 2020, they were a Landscape Architect at Ökoplan with responsibilities for Landscape Technical Drawings Full Package, Details and BOQ using AutoCAD and Landscape Design Presentations using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Sarah was also a Teaching Assistant at Ain Shams University and Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Her current role is Visual Designer at Webkeyz, which they began in 2022.

Sarah Amin's education history includes attending Cairo Manara Language School from 2001 to 2015, where they obtained a General Certificate of secondary education in Physics and Mathematics. Sarah then attended Ain Shams University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Design and Planning. Sarah is currently attending Ain Shams University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Urban Design and Planning, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Sarah has also obtained various certifications, such as a Udacity Certified Digital Marketing Professional in July 2022, a Start the UX Design Process: Empathize Define and Ideate certification from Coursera | Google in July 2021, an Interaction Design: From scratch to action certification from nxt.u in May 2021, a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera | Google in April 2021, a Visual Elements of User Interface Design certification from California Institute of the Arts in July 2019, a Graphic Design Careers: First Steps certification from Lynda.com in June 2019, a Graphic Design certification from Coursera in February 2018, and a Business Writing certification from Coursera in November 2017.
