Gemma C. is the Finance Director at Webmart, a B Corp sustainable marketing agency, where they shape and deliver the company’s financial strategy. They have previously served as an Audit & Development Manager at Financial Progression Limited and as a Senior Associate at PwC, specializing in digital and external audits. Gemma also worked as a contractor for Ricardo Energy & Environment, facilitating resource management initiatives for the Scottish Government. They hold a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Lancaster University and are a Chartered Accountant through ICAS. In addition to their current roles, Gemma serves as a mentor and an independent member of the Audit & Governance Committee for West Oxfordshire District Council.
