Curt Tegeler is responsible for providing direction for action to all employees and business initiatives. Tegeler’s main responsibilities include communicating and implementing the company’s vision and mission; leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of executive leaders; formulating and implementing the strategic plan; forming, staffing, guiding, leading and managing WebMax; evaluating organizational success; and represents WebMax in civic and professional activities. Curt has focused his career for over thirty years within the Mortgage and Real Estate industries. During Curt’s tenure as a mortgage professional who dealt with Real Estate professionals daily, he founded a digital solution company in 1999 that focused on the Real Estate Industry, ScreenDreamer INC. After hearing Realtors’ needs, he and his partners decided to fill that void by being one of the very first software developers to offer real estate websites with online property searching using IDX. In the early 2000’s, ScreenDreamer quickly became a household name in the Real Estate community. Curt Tegeler founded WM MortgageWare LLC, DBA WebMax, a digital solution and software development firm, in 2015. WebMax is avidly working to develop state-of-the-art Mortgage technology and revolutionized the Mortgage market.
