David Lora

David Lora is an experienced Associate Front-End Developer currently at WebMD since June 2022, previously serving as a Web Development Fellow at Google from January 2022 to December 2022 and as a Junior Web Developer at Digital 718 Inc. from September 2021 to June 2022. At Digital 718 Inc., David collaborated with a team to enhance web applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies, created a RESTful API with Express and PostgreSQL, and designed responsive React components with flexbox and TailwindCSS. David's background also includes a role as a Paraprofessional Educator at the NYC Department of Education from September 2016 to May 2022, teaching essential skills to students. In addition, David developed programming expertise in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and React through a competitive fellowship at The Knowledge House, culminating in virtual presentations of projects to industry professionals. David holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lehman College, obtained in 2013 and 2011, respectively.
