Jessica Hoffman

Jessica Hoffman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at WebMD since January 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at dentsu international, where responsibilities included leading counsel for the Isobar brand and drafting diverse commercial contracts. Prior experience includes serving as Partner at Fridman Law Group, where corporate and intellectual property counsel was provided to startups and creative agencies, and as Founder & Managing Attorney at Hoffman Law PLLC, focusing on advising early-stage companies. Jessica also has a legal background that includes advisory roles at Kopel & Spinner and representation of startups in various legal capacities during law school. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College.
