John Harrison

John Harrison is the current General Manager of WebMD Health Services. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Client Experience for Webtrends from December 2012 to January 2014. In this role, they were responsible for delivering exceptional experiences with each and every client, facilitating deep loyalty and retention as well as fostering strategic, trusted partnerships.

From March 2004 to October 2012, John Harrison served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Services for Yesmail Interactive. In this role, they were focused on the primary key areas of growth for the organization – Strategy, Creative, Insights, Intelligence – deepening the engagement level and revenue potential with key accounts.

Most recently, Harrison served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Product & Client Experience for MobilePaks from March 2014 to March 2015.

John Harrison has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon.

John Harrison reports to Robert N. Brisco, CEO. John Harrison works with Jeremy Schneider - Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Global Strategy, John Whyte - Chief Medical Officer, and Dani Siegel - Executive Director, Editorial Operations.
