Karen Reid

Karen Reid has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karen started their career as a Preregistration Pharmacist at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in 2004. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for leading UK Pharmacy companies, where they oversaw in-store pharmacy teams and implemented specialized programs. In 2013, they joined GEM Group as a Business Development Manager, responsible for launching and managing a new Copyright Licensing Platform for the Pharmaceutical Industry. Since 2016, Karen has been working at WebMD, initially as the Director of Strategic Accounts and later as the Senior Director, Strategic Accounts. Their current role at WebMD is Senior Director, Global Medical Education at Medscape.

Karen Reid earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from the University of Galway in 2000. Karen later pursued their Master of Pharmacy degree at the University of Brighton, completing their studies in 2004.
