Karthik Narayanan

Karthik Narayanan has extensive experience in the field of Site Reliability Engineering, currently serving as the Director at WebMD since December 2008, where responsibilities have included architecting core infrastructure services and overseeing AWS cloud evaluations and migrations. Karthik has previously held multiple positions at WebMD, such as Manager of SRE/DevOps, System Architect, Storage Architect, and Lead Storage Engineer, with expertise in virtualization technologies and storage infrastructure. Prior to WebMD, Karthik worked as a Unix Systems Engineer at Putnam Investments, a Unix System Administrator at The Rockefeller University, an IT Consultant at ITC Infotech, and an Information Technology Support Engineer at Wipro. Karthik holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor's in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Diploma in Computer Technology from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
