Ken Lee has extensive experience in desktop support and information security, currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer and Information Security Analyst at WebMD since November 2018. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Jobson Medical Information from June 2002 to November 2018, providing support for over 250 end-users across various systems in both Windows and Mac environments. Ken has also held positions in photography as a Scanner/Image Processor at Corbis and as an intern at The Star Ledger. Ken holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photojournalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
