Kevin Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as the Technical Member Services Manager at WebMD since October 2009, Kevin manages a helpdesk and customer support team, providing top-level technical assistance for mobile applications, websites, and email platforms while supporting over 3,000 healthcare professionals remotely.
