Maithilee Kadam

Maithilee Kadam is an experienced product manager with a background in both retail and digital product strategy, currently serving as a Product Manager for Ads/CDP Platform at WebMD since February 2025. Previously, Maithilee worked as a summer intern at ICICI Bank focusing on Retail & Product Strategy, where customer journeys and user guide frameworks for ICICI FASTAG Services were revamped, benefiting over 2 million users. In a subsequent role at ICICI Bank as Product Manager for Payment Solutions, product delivery and feature rollouts for INR Prepaid Cards were managed. Earlier experience includes a position as Product Manager at Jio, where Maithilee launched mobile applications and web interfaces for location-based service SaaS applications catering to both enterprise and retail customers. Maithilee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur.
