Naiya Roach

Naiya Roach, MHRM, has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition with experience spanning multiple roles. Naiya began as a Recruiting Intern at E&S Home Care Solutions and has since advanced to positions at WebMD as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Naiya has also interned at American Dream, FERRAGAMO, and Unichem Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., gaining expertise in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. Naiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Rutgers University.
