Saima Syed

Saima Syed has extensive experience in product operations and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Operations at WebMD since June 2010, and previously held roles in Learning & Development and various project management positions within the same company. Prior to WebMD, Saima worked at PSL Group as a Quality Assurance Operations Editor and at Merck as a Research Chemist in the DMPK Group and as a Research Intern in the PR&D Department. Earlier in the career, Saima gained experience as a Laboratory Analyst at TetraGenx, Inc. and completed research internships at both the Pulp and Paper Research Institute of Canada and Merck. Educational background includes advanced studies in Business Analysis from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Chemistry from Concordia University.
