Sanjeev Gupta

Sanjeev Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sanjeev has been working as a Principal Technology Strategist at WebMD since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member (Cyber Security) at Ithaca College starting from 2020. From 2018, they have worked as a Technology Advisor at Cygnus Professionals Inc. In 2019, Sanjeev Gupta joined HealthEC, LLC as the Vice President of Technology & ISO, where they were responsible for leading the technology team and delivering microservice-based population health solutions. Sanjeev also briefly served as the Director of Information Technology during their time at HealthEC. Before that, Sanjeev Gupta held the role of Director of Corporate Technology at WebMD from 2006 to 2019, where they streamlined business processes and oversaw strategic planning. Sanjeev worked as a Lead Solution Architect at Emdeon from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Systems Analyst at Indus Consultancy Services from 2000 to 2004, and a Programmer Analyst at Iris Software Inc. from 2000 to 2000. Sanjeev also held roles as a Systems Analyst at Iris Software LTD from 1999 to 1999 and a Programmer Analyst at Infoedge solutions Pvt. LTD from 1998 to 1999.

Sanjeev Gupta's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science from Delhi University, obtained from 1993 to 1996. Sanjeev also pursued a Post Graduate in Computer Applications and Management from the National Institute of Information Technology, completing it from 1996 to 1999. Later on, they obtained an Executive MBA in Finance from ELLIS University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.

In 2022, Sanjeev Gupta obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In the same year, they also earned the AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design certification from Microsoft. Additionally, Sanjeev Gupta holds the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, obtained in March 2022.

More recently, in 2022, Sanjeev Gupta pursued the CTO program in Business Administration and Management at The Wharton School. In 2023, they acquired various certifications from Wharton Executive Education, including the TECHNOLOGY ACCELERATION PROGRAM, LEADING A TECHNOLOGY-DRIVEN ORGANIZATION, and SCALING A BUSINESS: HOW TO BUILD A UNICORN.
