Thomas Cox has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and project management. Thomas has worked at various companies, including WebMD, where they held the roles of Associate Director Project Management, Mobile QA Manager, and Lead QA Analyst. At Sunset Computing, Thomas was the Owner/Technician. Thomas also worked at Canfield Scientific as a Systems Test Engineer, at Gold Mobile as a Sr. QA Specialist, and at Merrill Lynch as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst. Thomas has a strong background in software and hardware QA testing, and has a proven track record of implementing automated test frameworks and improving efficiency in QA departments. Thomas is experienced in both manual and automated testing, and has led and managed teams when necessary.

Thomas Cox obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology & Informatics from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
