Toby Cruz is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in technology program management and portfolio oversight across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director Head of Technology PMO at WebMD, Toby leads a globally distributed organization and has transformed the PMO into a high-performing entity by implementing best practices and driving Agile transformations. Previous roles include VP Global Technology PMO at News Corp, Senior Director at Thrasio, and Director of Corporate IT Program Management at Tiffany & Co., where Toby demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, and optimizing IT governance. Toby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya and possesses professional certifications including PMP, 6SigmaBB, SAFe Agilist, and ITIL.
