Cibele C.

Cibele C. has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Cibele began their career as a Trainee and HR Intern at BPI do Brasil in 2005, before moving on to Viver Incorporadora e Construtora S.A. where they worked as an HR Compensation Intern and later as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) from 2008 to 2011. Cibele then joined Privalia as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked as an HR Coordinator at VivaReal from 2012 to 2015. Cibele then joined Farfetch as a People Coordinator from 2015 to 2016, and subsequently served as the People Head Latam from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Webmotors, where they started in 2019 and also held the role of Head of People from 2019 to 2023. In these positions, they have been responsible for various aspects of HR management such as culture transformation, talent acquisition, performance management, training, employee experience, compensation, benefits, people analytics, and HC budgeting.

Cibele C. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Graduação, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Cibele then pursued a Strategic People Management degree at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, completing it from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for Human Resources studies in 2011, though they did not obtain a degree from that institution.
