Vinika Garg

Vinika Garg has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Operating Officer at Webomaze Pty Ltd since March 2020. Previously, they worked as a UX Designer at Vinnies WA, where they completed a project-based learning experience and successfully designed a customer support process for Vinnies' Call Centre Service. Prior to this, Vinika was the Co-Founder and COO of Webomaze Technologies Private Limited from March 2015 to November 2019. Vinika also worked as a Technical Writer at vhite systems in 2010, where they developed and maintained online user guides for software applications and provided excellent customer service and support.

Vinika Garg began their education journey by completing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Vinika then pursued further studies and earned a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Vinika Garg has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Vinika completed the "Oracle DBA" certification from Stellar Edge Solutions in 2014. Vinika also holds certifications such as "Adobe XD Essential Training: Design" from LinkedIn in May 2020, "CONDUCTING USABILITY TESTING" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in October 2019, "Axure RP for UX Design" from Lynda.com in May 2018, "BECOME A UX DESIGNER FROM SCRATCH" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in April 2018, "Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate" from Oracle in June 2014, and "Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert" from Oracle in May 2014.
