Dan Floyd has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Dan began their career as a Branch Operations Manager at Stryker-Virginia Branch, where they managed all aspects of branch operations, established, coordinated, and maintained field training programs, and analyzed field operational metrics to improve performance and productivity in both customer service and inventory distribution. In 2006, they moved to Stryker as a Branch Operations Manager, where they led, supervised and coordinated the activities of customer service and distribution/receiving operations for a branch worth $48 million in sales annually. Dan also managed productivity and process improvement by evaluating current processes, benchmarking and implementing best practice solutions when appropriate. In 2009, they took on a role as Asset Control Manager at DePuy Orthopaedics, responsible for managing $6 million worth of inventory in the Colorado, New Mexico and West Texas region. Dan worked with hospitals and Sales Teams to ensure the inventory is meeting corporate turns objectives, and collaborated with other departments to build inventory accuracy, standard procedures, controls, practices and systems. Dan also held a role as Man of Leisure at Vandelay Industries in 2009. Finally, in 2011, they began working at WebOps as a Client Services.

Dan Floyd attended Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management.
