Ashley Firth

Ashley Firth is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Global Director of Engineering at Octopus Energy since December 2015. In this role, Ashley has built and led the Global Engineering team, focusing on combating climate change and making renewable energy more accessible. Additionally, Ashley holds positions as the Global Head of Front-End Development and Head of Interfaces at W3C, contributing as an invited expert to the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group for WCAG3. Previous experience includes front-end development at Tangent Snowball and fishrod interactive, as well as an educational background with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Media Production from Bournemouth University.
