Jason Pamental is a Principal Designer at Chewy, leading the Chirp design system and driving its adoption across all internal and external platforms. With over 20 years of experience in design and technology, Jason is also a public speaker and web typography expert, having presented at over 50 global events on web typography, responsive design, and digital strategy. As an Invited Expert member of the W3C Web Fonts Working Group, Jason contributes to the development of web font specifications. Additionally, Jason serves as a Council Member for the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts and is actively involved with the Association Typographique Internationale as a board member. Formerly a Senior Director of Design & Technical Strategy at Isovera and co-host of the Talking Drupal podcast, Jason is committed to enhancing design processes and user experiences throughout their work.
