Miriam Suzanne is a co-founder and project manager at OddBird, where a focus on user-centered web application strategy, design, and development has led to international recognition in the development community. As an invited expert on the CSS Working Group at W3C, Suzanne contributes to various community groups. In addition to a career in web development, notable publications include a novel, a technical guide, numerous plays, digital poetry, and essays. Suzanne also serves as a staff writer for CSS-Tricks and is a multi-instrumentalist in the band Teacup Gorilla. Founding membership at Grapefruit Lab and roles as a core developer for Compass and technical director for The LIDA Project highlight further creative and technical contributions. Education was completed at Goshen College from 2001 to 2006.
