Jeff Adams

Jeff Adams is a veteran client services and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic customer success and SaaS deployments. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at WebPresented, Jeff has previously held various leadership roles, including Customer Operations Director at Lunchbox and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Ziosk. They also served in the US Army as a non-commissioned officer and drill sergeant. Jeff is pursuing an MBA from Rollins College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. As the owner of Uncle Fix-it, they demonstrate their commitment to service and community while cultivating high-performing teams through transformational leadership.
