John Telthorst

John Telthorst has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. John began their career in 2001 as a Computer Technician at Champaign Computer Corporation. In 2008, they held internships at State Farm Insurance and the University of Illinois Division of Biomedical Science. From 2009 to 2010, they were an HR Consultant at Trilogy. From 2010 to 2011, they were an HR Business Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation, where they led the global launch of the company's talent management processes, designed and launched a new performance management tool, and managed global execution of four 360-degree feedback survey cycles. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Business Analyst at Archer Daniels Midland. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Business Analyst at the University of Illinois Foundation. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life. Finally, from 2017 to 2021, they were a Business Analyst and Implementation Manager at geoAMPS.

John Telthorst completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2003 and 2008. John then went on to receive a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same university in 2009.
