Megan Spero has a diverse work experience that includes roles in both the technology and food service industries. Megan started their career as a Food Server at Thee Pitts Again in 2008, where they excelled in providing excellent wait service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food preparation. After seven years, they transitioned to WebPT in 2015, where they held various positions. As a Member Advocate, Megan demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and technical troubleshooting abilities to effectively solve critical issues for clients. Megan later became a PRM Onboarding Specialist, responsible for the successful implementation of WebPT's Patient Relationship Management platform, including assisting with integrations and conversions and developing customer education materials. In 2022, Megan was promoted to PRM Onboarding Team Lead, taking on a leadership role within the company.

Megan Spero graduated from Moon Valley High School in 2008 with a High School Diploma, majoring in General Studies. In 2009, they briefly attended Glendale Community College, but did not complete a degree or field of study.
