Nikki Read

Nikki Read is a skilled professional with a diverse background in both product design and physical therapy. Currently serving as a Product Designer at WebPT since June 2022, Nikki advocates for user-centered research and creates comprehensive deliverables such as personas and user experience maps. Concurrently, Nikki has been a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer at Platte Valley Medical Center since November 2017, developing innovative treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, and enhancing patient outcomes through tailored care. Previous roles include UX design and usability consulting for various organizations, contributing to significant improvements in user experience and digital engagement. Nikki holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Marquette University, along with a UX Design certificate from CareerFoundry.
