Sarah Daugherty

Sarah Daugherty, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Total Rewards Program Manager at WebPT, where responsibilities include providing analytical and program management support for pay-for-performance programs, alongside administering various compensation and benefits initiatives. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Clinicient as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, managing recruitment processes and onboarding practices. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at SSOE Group, maintaining employee information in the HRIS and supporting project management tasks. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa between 2010 and 2015.
