Suzanne Cogan

Suzanne Cogan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at WebPT since April 2025, Suzanne previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Aspirion, where responsibilities included managing the company P&L and scaling operations across a team of 1,200. At Press Ganey, Suzanne served as President and General Manager of Complex Claims and as SVP and General Manager of the payer division following the acquisition of SPH Analytics, where Suzanne was Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager overseeing commercial activities and patient experience. Additional experience includes positions at Orion Health, Shareable Ink, PatientKeeper, Misys Healthcare Systems, Picis, and Dynamic Healthcare Technologies.
