Ailís Daly is currently the Head of Trust & Safety for EMEA at WebPurify, leveraging over 14 years of experience in the tech industry, which includes roles such as the Global Head of Violence & Aggression Issue Policies at TikTok and Community Policy Lead for EMEA at Airbnb. They began their career as a Dispute Resolution Paralegal at Slaughter and May and later became a Barrister-at-Law, specializing in civil litigation and criminal defense. Their expertise spans policy development and enforcement across major social platforms, including Twitter and Google, where they focused on risk management and compliance. Ailís completed their education at The Honorable Society of King's Inns.
