Damon Becker

Damon Becker is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer at Sierra Space, focusing on testing flight software for the Dream Chaser vehicle since February 2024. Previously, Damon served as a Senior Software Development Engineer at OpenText, where leadership abilities ensured team stability during high attrition. At Sovrn Holdings, Inc., Damon developed automation for testing in a large-scale big-data environment, while experience at Medtronic involved creating automation for the Vital Sync software utilized in patient monitoring. Damon began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineer at Utility Engineering, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
