Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nikunj Shingala, is a young, passionate and people person who engages, inspires and nurtures his team to achieve their full potential. He has a keen inclination towards technology with an extensive knowledge and working experience.

A strong believer of putting ideas into actions, Nikunj is responsible for devising differentiated strategic initiatives, generating sales, overseeing accounts, business development and team building.

What started as a small team of developers, under his leadership Webs Optimization now has grown significantly as a service provider firm in terms of business practices, domain experience, and clients.

With his expertise in web & mobile app development with a wide range of industries, he also plays the role of a Project & Delivery Manager for many of our major global client helping them build and deploy innovative digital learning environments and providing richer personalized and holistic learning experiences.
