WEBS Training Center, Inc. (WTC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through financial literacy, tax education, and sustainable practices. Building on the extensive experience of our founding entity, WEBS Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping Services, LLC (WTP), we aim to serve low-income families, ESL & ASL individuals, and underserved communities.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive educational programs and community initiatives that foster economic self-sufficiency, environmental sustainability, and community engagement. We offer a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, including:

1. Financial Literacy Programs: We provide workshops and seminars on budgeting, saving, investing, and financial planning. Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their finances effectively and achieve long-term financial stability.

2. Tax Education and Assistance: Our tax education programs include one-on-one tax assistance, group education sessions on tax basics and rights, and personalized outreach programs. We help individuals understand and meet their tax obligations while maximizing their refunds and minimizing their liabilities.

3. Sustainable Practices and Urban Agriculture: Through initiatives like the Salsa Sprouts Project, we promote sustainable gardening practices and decarbonization efforts. We create urban gardens, conduct workshops on sustainable farming, and distribute gardening kits to community members.

4. Professional Development: In collaboration with educational partners like MindEdge, we offer targeted professional development workshops that enhance job skills and career prospects. These programs are designed to empower individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

5. Community Engagement and Support: We build strong networks with local schools, charitable organizations, financial institutions, and veteran groups to amplify our impact.
