WEBSPARK is an IT company from Kharkiv that creates cool products.
We are engaged in web and mobile development to order and for our own products. To date, we have implemented 700+ projects.

Our portfolio includes various cases, but our main expertise is in:
- two-way service platforms
- geo-services and mapping
- communication and collaboration services
We are now also focusing on the active study and application of artificial intelligence and its capabilities.

Our main mission is to create cool, lively, and innovative products. In addition, we believe in the importance of helping and making positive changes in the world. Therefore, we have a number of social projects:
- WEBSPARK CHARITY Charitable Foundation - support for the military and civilians
- eTurniket - organization of testing and coverage of verified information about the quality of tourniquets. High-quality tourniquets save lives
- russianWarship.RIP - informing the public about the current losses of the occupier. The service has visualized, structured and accessible information that can be added to a website via API or as a widget.

We highly value everyone's contribution to the common cause and encourage continuous learning within the team. Building long-term relationships is important to us, so the average length of service in the company is 3.5+ years. Cooperation with customers also lasts for years, with a record of 14 years.

In our Kharkiv office, the usual IT amenities await the team's return. We also offer English and chess courses, have our own merchandise shop, and incorporate gamification elements to motivate the team. Our colleagues have the opportunity to work with an experienced psychologist for free, as mental health is a priority for us.

We value our families, work-life balance, and a favorable environment for professional and personal growth.

Join WEBSPARK to combine technological knowledge, desire to create cool products, and energy to achieve common goals.
