Erica Snyder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erica started their career as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Almaden Cabana Club in 2012. Erica then worked as an Assistant Swim Coach, Swim Instructor, and Lifeguard at the Almaden Cabana Club and Almaden Dolphin Swim Team in 2013. In 2014, they served as an Assistant Swim Coach for the Almaden Dolphins Swim Team.

In 2015, Erica joined URJ Camp Kalsman as a Waterfront Specialist, where they were responsible for lifeguarding and planning daily waterfront programs for children. Erica continued working at URJ Camp Kalsman in 2016 as a Waterfront Director, overseeing a team of lifeguards and participating in the camp's leadership team. Erica also took on managerial responsibilities such as equipment orders and staff scheduling.

From 2017 to 2018, Erica worked as an Intern at Pillars Architecture, assisting with drawings and construction documents. In 2018, they joined Anderson Brulé Architects as a Junior Designer and later transitioned into the role of an Architectural Designer, focusing on education and community markets. Erica'sresponsibilities included assisting with all phases of design and coordinating with consultants and clients.

Currently, Erica is working as a Frontend Engineer at Webstacks, starting in 2022.

Erica Snyder attended UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2021, where they earned a Full Stack Flex Certificate in Web Development. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. At Cal Poly, they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree and also completed a minor in Psychology. The specific field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
