Having over 47 years of executive-level and senior leadership roles in the commercial banking and financial services industries, Don has extensive and hands-on experience with large-scale deals and structuring financial transactions. These deals made him privy to the inner workings of many established and burgeoning business, mergers, and acquisitions.

Don also has served on the Board of several philanthropic organizations showing his concern for his community and his ability to utilize his skills to leverage all available resources to make things happen.
