Javier D. Caruso is the Founder and CEO of Webstarted, a company that specializes in building entire distributed software engineering teams. Javier D. founded Webstarted in 2019 and continues to lead the company.

Prior to BeaconLive, Javier held the position of Development Manager at VMBC (now known as Emerios) from 2009 to 2012. Javier D. worked as a Developer and Team Lead, working on complex software solutions and leading cross-regional teams.

Earlier in their career, Javier worked as an Information Specialist at Ternium (EDS) from 2002 to 2008. Javier D. led efforts in software development, improving the company's technical infrastructure and driving business development.

Javier started their career as a Developer at Banco Rio in 2001 and Media Group in 2000.

In addition to their work experience, Javier also held a role as the Second Assistant at UADE from 2008 to 2010.

Javier D. Caruso began their education in 1985 at E.E.T. Nro 10 - Dr. Ricardo Gutierrez, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1992 to 1997, they attended E.E.T N°2 República de Italia, where they attained a degree in Secundario and studied Técnico Electrónico. Following this, they pursued Ingenieria en Informatica at the University of Buenos Aires from 1998 to 2001, but did not complete a degree. In 2006, Javier enrolled at UADE and earned a Degree in Information Technology, wrapping up their studies in 2009. Later in 2011 to 2012, they attended Kleer and became a Scrum Certified Developer.
