Rocío Azparren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Rocío began their career at Asap Consulting S.A. in 2010, where they served as an IT Technical Recruiter & People Care specialist until 2012. During this time, they were responsible for recruiting and hiring talent, implementing HR policies and procedures, and coordinating training programs.

In 2012, Rocío became an HR Manager at Asap Consulting S.A. In this role, they led the HR department, established hiring practices, and designed and implemented recruiting strategies. Rocío also oversaw the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

In 2018, Rocío joined Boehringer Ingelheim as an HR Representative. Rocío held various positions within the company, including HR Representative APU and Labor Relations HR Specialist. In these roles, Rocío managed labor compliance, provided labor counseling, conducted audits and risk assessments, and actively monitored court cases.

Currently, Rocío is employed at Webstarted as the COO, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the HR Business Partner Lead at the same company from August 2021 to July 2022. Their responsibilities in both roles include overseeing HR operations, implementing total well-being initiatives, and coordinating onboarding processes.

Furthermore, Rocío is involved with the Founder Institute, where they mentor and advises startup founders and teams. Rocío started this position in May 2023.

Rocío Azparren completed their education with a Master's degree in Labour Law from the University of Buenos Aires, which they pursued from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a postgraduate qualification in Training and Development from the Universidad de Belgrano for the academic year 2015-2016.

Rocío started their journey towards a career in Human Resources by earning a degree in the same field from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Before their undergraduate studies, Rocío completed their education at the University of Buenos Aires, where they attended the Commercial High School (Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini) from 2004 to 2008.

Rocío Azparren has also attained certifications to enhance their skillset. Rocío obtained a certification in Business Analytics from Coderhouse in September 2022. In March 2022, they completed a Product Manager certification from the same institution. Additionally, Rocío received a certification in Social Intrapreneurship for Innovation in Health from Ashoka in June 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Digital Talent Program at Digital House in July 2017.
