Erika McKenzie

Erika Mckenzie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, management, and customer success. Currently serving as Konsulentleder at Webstep since March 2025, Erika previously held the position of Head of Recruitment at Alv AS from March 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Erika worked at Bouvet ASA for nearly nine years in various roles, including recruitment and front office. Erika's career began as an Office Manager at Ozwide Tools Pty Ltd from March 2011 to December 2013 and included a role as a Customer Success Consultant at GAPbuster Worldwide from September 2009 to December 2011. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Applied Linguistics and English Literature, along with a Diploma of Languages in Modern Standard Arabic from the University of Melbourne. Erika also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Multimediatechnology and Design from the University of Agder and a foundation degree in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Stavanger.
