Marte Horne

Marte Horne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and agile coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Agile Coach at Webstep since October 2024, Marte previously held the position of Agile Coach at Vipps MobilePay from April 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Marte worked at Vipps from April 2019 to April 2023 as both an Engineering Manager and Agile Coach. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant Team Lead at Acando Norge from August 2014 to March 2019, and as a Software Developer and Scrum Master at Nets Group between September 2010 and August 2014. Marte began the professional journey as a Software Developer and Scrum Master at Bankenes BetalingsSentral AS from August 2005 to September 2010. Marte holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2003, and a Bachelor's degree from Østfold University College, completed in 2002.
