Gary Sample

Gary Sample is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and academia. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development International Markets at GF Industrial Americas since March 2001, Gary has also held significant roles in higher education as an Associate Professor at both Webster University and the University of Arkansas since May 1999 and August 2006, respectively. Previously, Gary was the Director of Pricing and Business Development at Georg Fischer Harvel, LLC from December 2015 to October 2023, and before that, served as Director of Product Management at the same company. Earlier career experiences include positions at Smith Fibercast, where Gary was Q.A. Manager, and Babcock & Wilcox as Project Manager/Design Engineer. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and both a Bachelor’s and an Associate's degree in Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
