John Solieri

John Solieri, CBCP, CRISC, CCISO, currently serves as Managing Director of BCP/DR & Operational Resiliency at Webster Bank since February 2022. With a robust background in financial institutions, John previously held the position of VP, Director of Resiliency & Service Management at Sterling National Bank from 1992 to February 2022 and worked at Astoria Bank as First AVP, Assistant Director of Information Security & Business Continuity Planning from July 1992 to December 2017. Early in the career, John was a Technical Services Support Engineer at Long Island Savings Bank from July 1992 to 1998. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, earned between 1990 and 1994. Throughout the career, John has been responsible for business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and the execution of information security policies while aligning security objectives with business goals.
