Tom Howe

Tom Howe is an experienced financial professional currently serving as President of Webster Investment Services and EVP at Webster Bank since 1998. Howe also holds the roles of Secretary and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Bank Insurance Securities Association since 2002. Previous experience includes serving as EVP for Citizens Financial Group from 1996 to 1997 and as Managing Director at both Fleet Investment Advisors and Bank of America from 1972 to 1996.
