Mike Dias is the Founder and CEO of ScaleUp Valley, a position held since January 2013. Additionally, Mike serves as a ScaleUp Advisor to various companies, including Webtec, Appficiency Inc., and Frontify, providing strategic guidance and support to leadership teams. Mike also contributes as a ScaleUp Columnist for Business Leader Magazine and as an Advisory Board Member for SWELL - Mental Fitness. An educator, Mike was invited to lecture at the Porto Business School's Corporate-Startup Programme and has pursued ongoing education in Scaling Up by Verne Harnish. Educational background includes degrees from AESE Business School and Atlântico Business School, among others.
