Emma Custod

Emma Custod has a comprehensive work history that includes various roles in customer service and medical administration. Emma most recently worked at WebTPA as a Customer Service Representative starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PRL as a Patient Experience staff member from July 2021 to April 2022. Emma also gained experience as a Patient Relations Specialist at ML Medical Billing from February 2020 to July 2021.
