Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in finance operations and leadership roles. As Director of Finance at WebTPA since 2009, Tracy has successfully led a team of managers and associates, focusing on process improvement and revenue enhancement. Tracy has mentored 12 employees who have been identified as future leaders within the organization. From 2000 to 2009, Tracy served as a Senior Account Executive at WebTPA, responsible for managing client relationships and providing consultative services. Prior to that, Tracy worked as a Project Coordinator at Hirschfeld Industries from 1998 to 2000.

Tracy Smith, MBA, pursued their education in Management from 1997 to 1999 at Angelo State University. During this period, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
