Sandeep Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sandeep started their career in 2010 as a freelance Web Developer and Designer, constructing websites for various local businesses. In 2012, they joined Webtrends EMEA as the Director of Engineering, where they managed multiple technical teams and collaborated with top-level executives to shape the company's product offering. In 2018, Shah worked briefly as the Head of Development at Biglight before founding GoFabric, a CRO-only Digital Agency focused on delivering efficient services. Most recently, in 2019, Shah took on the role of Director of Product and Presales at Webtrends Optimize, where they are responsible for advancing the SaaS product offering and developing an optimization, personalization, and research offering.

Board member of Webtrends Optimize since 2019, and an experienced leader of Product Teams (Developers/Engineers, QA Testers, Support, DBAs, Analysts, Consultants, etc.).

Vocal member of the Conversion Rate Optimisation space, including blogging, content and idea sharing, public speaker at live events (Conversion Jam x2), webinars, podcasts, and founder/host of Optimize Live Lab - a recurring, platform-agnostic live-coding/building session on YouTube Live.

Well-versed in cloud system architecture, documentation/spec writing, as well as hands-on full-stack coding experience (when I can!). Strong background in Pre-Sales Consulting for the enterprise SaaS market, and belief in adopting a solid understanding of your entire environment including things outside of your immediate remit.
