Devid Cela

Engineer Devid Cela is currently a Chief Estimator Engineer at Webuild, overseeing the cost engineering strategy for major infrastructure projects. They graduated with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where their thesis focused on underground infrastructure. Devid gained valuable experience as a Project Intern at Città Metropolitana di Milano, followed by roles at Deutsche Bahn and Ninive Casseforme, where they honed their skills in project management, design, and engineering. Throughout their career, Devid has worked on numerous international projects and has demonstrated a strong ability to foster relationships and optimize costs.
