Roberta Constantin

Roberta Constantin is the VP of the Energy and Resources Bidding Department at Webuild, a role held since 2022. Previously, Roberta served as a Deputy Bid Director and Bid Services Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Environmental Engineer at SC Ecomed Eastern Europe Srl, where they prepared tender documentation and ensured compliance with Romanian regulations, and at Three E Company Libya, focusing on updating the Integrated Management System and preparing technical offers. Roberta holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnics University of Bucharest, graduated in 2009.
