Sultan Afsar is currently the Chief Surveyor at Webuild, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, Afsar gained valuable experience as a Senior Surveyor at Salini Impregilo from 2004 to 2008 and worked as a Surveyor at Salini Impregilo GBC from 1996 to 2004. Afsar completed education in Surveying Engineering at NWFP Board of Technical Education in Peshawar in 1976, along with earning a degree in Arts from GHS Sirikot in the same year.
