Danielle G. serves as the Associate General Counsel & Director of Legal at Webull Financial since May 2021, being the first legal hire for the technology-centric online broker-dealer, specializing in innovative legal solutions. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a Litigation Associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP from October 2015 to May 2021, managing complex dispute resolutions across various legal domains. Previously, Danielle was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, focusing on high-stakes litigation and enforcement matters from October 2011 to October 2015. Danielle's early career includes experiences as a summer associate at Skadden Arps, a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Education, a research assistant at Harvard University Program in Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Resolution, and a project manager at Geotext Translations. Danielle holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in International Studies and French from Emory University.
